“Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier." -Mother Teresa
Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Rachel returned home after college with the desire to further develop her professional skill set and gain experience in a healthcare setting. Rachel is passionate about working with others and helping them learn how to properly move their bodies in an intentional and effective way.
Rachel plans to soon become a Certified Personal Trainer with the goal to empower and teach individuals about the importance and benefits of movement for both physical and mental health. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending her time outside in nature with friends and family—exploring new places, hiking various trails in the Grand Rapids area, fishing on the Rogue River, and visiting the lakeshore.
