Melanie Dombrowski
Dr. Melanie Dombrowski grew up in Hudsonville, Michigan, where running cross country and track sparked both her love of athletics and her introduction to physical therapy. After experiencing an injury herself, she discovered that PT combined her passions for the human body and teaching. This led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Promotions from Michigan State University, where she also competed as a collegiate runner, and later her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville.
Melanie enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, with a special interest in athletes, runners, and individuals with hypermobility. She focuses on restoring function and promoting movement competency to help patients return to the activities they love and live with a renewed sense of purpose. She is also trained in dry needling and finds it to be an effective tool in supporting recovery and performance.
Outside the clinic, Melanie enjoys running, pickleball, camping, cooking, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband love being involved in their church community, and you’ll often find her at the beach watching the sunset.
