Dr. Jasmine Reynolds grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where a lifelong love for sports and outdoor activities first sparked her interest in physical therapy. Her passion for helping others through movement and recovery led her to pursue both her undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees at Saint Louis University.
After beginning her career in the Chicago area, Jasmine relocated to Colorado, where she practiced in a sports-oriented outpatient clinic, treating athletes of all ages and abilities. Her drive to continually grow as a clinician led her to complete a post-doctoral program in Sports Physical Therapy. She will be fully credentialed as a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist in March 2026.
Jasmine is passionate about helping patients reach their personal and athletic goals, whether returning to sport, recovering from injury, or return to every day activities. She brings experience, enthusiasm, and a patient-centered approach to every session.
Outside the clinic, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Riley. Now living in the Grand Rapids area, they are excited to explore everything Michigan has to offer—from hiking and lake days to snowboarding in the winter.
