Laurie grew up in Grand Rapids and has spent more than 30 years working in customer service, where she’s known for her friendly smile and ability to make everyone feel welcome. She loves connecting with people and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Family and friends mean everything to Laurie. She’s a proud aunt who adores her nieces and nephews and is always up for planning a family get-together or themed celebration. Her creative side shines through in her love for decorating and event planning—a passion she first explored while studying interior design at GRCC.
When she’s not organizing something fun, Laurie enjoys spending time with her Pomeranian, Mr. Bentley, or heading out to explore new places and adventures.
